Ingredients
1 large ONION
1 cup BROWN RICE
1 cup MUSHROOMS
1 tbsp UNREFINED SUNFLOWER OIL
2 cups WATER
4 servings SEA SALT
0.33333334 tsp GROUND PEPPER
Steps
1) Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium heat.
2) Saut chopped onion and sliced mushrooms for 5 minutes.
3) Add brown rice and stir to coat in oil.
4) Add water.
5) Bring to a boil, then simmer for 30 minutes.
6) Remove from heat and cover with a lid.
7) Let it rest until all liquid is absorbed.
