Brownie Cupcakes

Ingredients

  • 120 grams CHOCOLATE
  • 113 grams BUTTER
  • 250 grams GRANULATED SUGAR
  • 1 teaspoon VANILLA EXTRACT
  • 3 large EGGS
  • 95 grams ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
  • 0.25 teaspoon SALT

Steps

  • 1) Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (170 degrees C).
  • 2) Turbo broiler 150 Degrees.
  • 3) Melt the chopped chocolate and butter in a stainless steel bowl placed over a saucepan of simmering water.
  • 4) Once the chocolate is melted and smooth, remove from heat and let cool for a few minutes.
  • 5) Then stir (can also use a hand mixer) in the sugar.
  • 6) Add the vanilla and then add the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  • 7) Mix in the flour and salt until well blended.
  • 8) Evenly divide the batter between the muffin cups.
  • 9) Place in the preheated oven and bake for about 20 - 25 minutes.
  • 10) For turbo broiler 150 Degrees for 13-15 minutes.
  • 11) Remove from oven and let cool on a wire rack.
  • 12) Once the cupcakes have completely cooled, frost with icing.
