Marinated Flat Iron Steak

Ingredients
3 tablespoons BALSAMIC VINEGAR
1 tablespoon DIJON MUSTARD
2 lb FLAT IRON STEAK
2 GARLIC CLOVES
4 servings GINGER
4 servings HERBS: ROSEMARY
1 LEMON ZEST
2 LEMONS
1 tablespoon MAYONNAISE
0.5 cup OLIVE OIL
4 servings SALT AND PEPPER
Steps
1) Cut the flat iron steak lengthwise to form two equal strips.
2) Place all the above ingredients in a large baking pan, or Ziploc bag.
3) Add the meat to it and place in the refrigerator for an hour or more.
4) Start the BBQ .
5) When temperature reaches high, add the steaks.
6) Cover and cook for 3 minutes.
7) Turn the steaks and cook the other side for another 3 minutes, or to required doneness.
